Hi guys This is where you guys tell me if you have any problems at all with my site... After all I am an amateur and I might just fuck something up when uploading it for you or something so if you ever have any problems at all please contact me ASAP and let me know about it.

I do have 2 Tech guy's that know how to fix just about anything there is. Since i'm just a girl...hehehe :-)

Common questions that need answered:

I can't get my user / password to work

There are several reasons you cannot get your username or password to work.

1. usernames and passwords are case sensitive for example CaT is different than cat and our u / p are case sensitive. so Please make sure your typing your info in correctly.

2. Someone has gotten your info and your account has been blocked because of brute force attacks or to many log ins from to many ip address or different countrys. We use the best security software on the market so if you share your username with your friend down the road and your logging in from 2 different ip address you WILL be shut down. Also contacting us after this happens please note that we see EVERYTIME you log into our site. EVERY SINGLE IP, EVERY SINGLE INTERNET PROVIDER USED...And we will provide you, our billing processor, and your credit card company/bank with a list of times your username was used in an attack against our site and why you were blocked..

3. You have cookies turned off or you may have a firewall that is not allowing you access. make sure you allow cookies and your firewall is off if you are having problems..

 

Why can't I watch your movies?

most likely you don't have the latest media player or need to adjust the one you have . 90% of all our movies are in .mpeg format and can be viewed with ANY player with no special codex. Please check your settings and make sure your computer has enough memory and ram to play .mpegs. We do have a few wmv's that require media player 9 or better. Please see this page for information on MPEG movie formats and what player to use to watch a movie.

Why can't I see your webcam show?

You must have media player 10 to view webcam shows.

I lost my membership info.

You must have something for us to look up your info. And you must be emailing us from the email address you used when you signed up. We simply can't give out info to just anyone. This is to protect you as well as us... Email us at rr.support@gmail.com and send us as much info as you possiably can...

How Do I Cancel My Membership?

I am charging back on my credit card.

Please take note that charging back your membership does nothing but hurts youIt makes it so that you can never use that credit card to purchase memberships to any websites. most of the problems that you would charge back for can be handeled by contacting our support email and being resonable with us we are very understanding people here not tring to rip anyone off. If we feel there was a true mistake we will happily refund any charges that you have incured. so before you contact your credit card company or ccbill please contact us and lets work it out to benifit both parties involved....
